working & conflict management course profile
This is a one day course suitable for anyone who works alone either without
close or direct supervision or without a colleague nearby or out of sight or
of earshot of a colleague.

Aim
To make learners aware of how the attitude and behaviour of others and
themselves can cause conflict and how they can safely and lawfully manage
such situations.

Objectives
To provide:
A greater
understanding of the affect learners have on others,

improved awareness of potential risk and conflict, and
Strategies to reduce learners’ vulnerability and increase their skills to
